Nicholson Hall is the North Shore's best-kept secret. The hall is located in historic downtown Newburyport and is a total handicapped facility. We also have a Bride and Groom Changing Room and our kitchen is always open for your inspection. Hall Rental	$125.00* per hour
Rental for Weddings	$150.00* per hour

All charges include use of chairs, tables, cake table, gift table, guest register stand, easel, large screen TV and VCR.
