Committees
The Church Needs Your Help!
Each of the following parish committees is critical for helping to meet the spiritual, social and financial needs of our parish. We would love to have more participation from parishioners on these committees. Please speak with any member of the committees listed below to find out more about the committee’s purpose and/or to express an interest in getting involved.

These committees are in addition to the other wonderful groups – Greek Ladies Aid Society, Men’s Club, Choir, GOYA, Young Adults, Sunday School Teachers – all are eager for new members and new ideas. Remember, many hands do make light work. ~ Parish Council
1. Stewardship Committee
Coordinate the ongoing stewardship pledge drive and communicate the importance of being a member in good standing of our faith. Contact: John Gogolos.
2. Adult Religious Education Committee
Includes planning retreats, book club discussions, bible studies. Contact: Julie Ray
3. Evangelism & Outreach Committee
Includes Support A Mission Priest program and outreach beyond our parish’s boundaries. Contact: Ian Short
4. Social & Fundraising Committee
Plans and facilitates various fund - and fun-raising events throughout the year. Contact: Genie Schaeffer
5. 2009 Greek Food Festival Committee
Oversees the planning and execution of our annual Greek Food Festival. Contact: Charlie Neos
6. Nicholson Hall Committee
Includes expanding marketing of the Hall for outside events and reviewing rental fees. Contact: Melinda Patrick
7. St. Basil’s Ministries
Includes St. Basil's Kitchen and many other outreach and philanthropic ministries of the church. Contact: Don Argyrople
8. Building Maintenance Committee
Includes gathering proposals for needed capital expenditures and oversight of church properties. Contact: Charlie Neos
9. Finance & Audit Committee
Includes review of overall church financials with a focus on opportunities to reduce costs. Contact: Elaine Fiasconaro
10. Technology Committee
Includes maintenance and expansion of our church website, as well as uses of new technology to enhance our parish’s operations. Contact: Christos Patrinos
